  • Sourcing and developing investment theses
  • Lead a team of Associates and Analysts, run internal reviews, and set the bar for research quality and investment judgment
  • End-to-end deal execution, including building proprietary sourcing pipelines, driving founder meetings, diligence, modeling, and IC prep, leading term sheet negotiation, legal closure, and disbursement
  • Portfolio value creation, advising founders across GTM, hiring, org design, and downstream capital, identifying underperformance early, owning risk-mitigation conversations, tracking and reporting KPIs, milestones, and board-level insights

Key responsibilities include:

  • Full-cycle investing, from sourcing and thesis development to diligence, structuring, and post-investment portfolio work
  • Leading junior team members and upholding execution clarity
  • Building trust with both founders and fund

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or fund investing, with a strong deal sheet, confident communication skills, and experience across sourcing, founder interaction, diligence, and IC presentation.
