Power Electronics Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our power electronics strategy and operations. The successful candidate will oversee the development of high-efficiency power converters, solid-state transformer technology, and other innovative products.

This role involves leading diverse functions including engineering, product roadmaps, market strategy, risk management, and team development to achieve business objectives and drive innovation.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the overall vision and strategy for power electronics products and operations.
  • Oversee the entire product development process from concept to release.
  • Manage daily operations, including project planning, resource allocation, and team leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics or related field; PhD preferred.
  • 20+ years of progressive experience in R&D/plant operations within the power electronics domain.
  • Strong knowledge of power semiconductor devices, embedded systems, control algorithms, and hardware design.
  • Skilled in leading organizational development and driving change.
