About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business forward and drive growth through strategic decision-making, innovative thinking, and effective leadership. As Managing Partner, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the company's overall business strategy to grow our service portfolio.
  • Develop and execute plans to expand our client base across industries, forge strategic partnerships, and introduce new revenue streams.
  • Ensure high efficiency, service quality, compliance, and delivery excellence across all accounts.
  • Oversee profit and loss statements, budgeting, investments, and ensure sustainable profitability.
  • Contribute capital investment and take an active role in financial decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other partners, ensure transparent reporting, and uphold governance standards.
  • Leverage automation, AI, and proprietary platforms to reduce costs, improve outcomes, and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • A willingness and ability to make a significant capital investment in the company as part of the partnership role.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in BPO, Contact Center, Customer Experience, or related industries.
  • A strong record in scaling operations, client acquisition, and managing service delivery.
  • Expertise in profit and loss management, business expansion, and capital allocation.
  • Familiarity with AI automation, chat/voice bots, CRM/LMS solutions, and digital-first operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
