About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to coordinate patient scheduling, manage queries and appointments, and provide administrative support to our team.

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and maintain accurate records.
  • Previous experience in hospital coordination or a related field is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Scheduling: Coordinate with hospitals and consultants to ensure smooth procedure scheduling.
  • Query Management: Respond promptly to patient inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Administrative Support: Provide assistance with billing, record-keeping, and other operational tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Graduate degree from any discipline; healthcare or management background preferred.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is essential.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
