• About the Role:
• Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home
• Experience: 1-3 years in healthcare or patient counselling
• Working Days: 5 days a week
• Qualification: Any Graduate (Healthcare / Psychology background preferred)
• Language: Tamil & Telugu (Preferred)

1. Communicate with patients to understand their healthcare needs
2. Provide guidance to patients in choosing the right hospital & doctor
3. Counsel patients about treatment options and hospital facilities
4. Coordinate with hospitals and doctors for smooth appointment scheduling
5. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely follow-ups

• Has 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, patient counselling, or hospital coordination
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
• Ability to work independently with empathy and problem-solving skills
• Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (preferred)
