We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Key Professional for HR Operations and Talent Acquisition. This position combines expertise in talent acquisition with operational management skills to drive organizational success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, payroll management, and talent acquisition. They will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Additionally, they will collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create effective job descriptions.
This position also involves payroll management, including processing and managing employee payroll accurately and on time. The Key Professional will handle payroll-related queries, deductions, tax calculations, and statutory compliances (e.g., PF, ESI). They will maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Operational management is another key aspect of this role, involving overseeing daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. The Key Professional will manage vendor relationships, procurement, and facility management to support smooth operations. They will create and implement operational policies, workflows, and best practices to enhance organizational performance.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Key Professional will design and execute initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. They will manage performance appraisal processes, training programs, and professional development plans. Addressing employee concerns and mediating workplace conflicts as needed is also an essential part of this role.
The Key Professional will collaborate with senior management to align recruitment and operational strategies with organizational goals. They will identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization within operations. By balancing HR and operational responsibilities effectively, they will contribute to organizational growth.
