Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Luxury Service Manager. In this capacity, you will oversee a team of lifestyle executives and be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our discerning clientele.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of luxury service standards, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a high-performing team operating across rotational shifts.

This role requires a high degree of discretion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in luxury hospitality or client servicing.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver white-glove service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong connections in the luxury space, with access to exclusive experiences, venues, and services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; multilingual fluency is a strong advantage.
  • Highly discreet, with the integrity to handle sensitive client information.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and client communication platforms.
