A key role within our organization is to drive relationship management for existing partners, ensuring seamless business functioning.

  • Deliver against targets for assigned partners in terms of volume, revenue, penetration and growth by implementing effective strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion across product categories, analyzing market trends and customer needs.
  • Develop a sales pipeline through business partners, leveraging available resources and fostering collaboration.
  • Manage and grow the business with internal and external stakeholders, creating a go-to-market approach, marketing plans and promotions that meet customer expectations.
  • Implement product enhancements with existing partners to ensure business growth, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to deliver customizations, meeting customer requirements and preferences.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding for new opportunities, ensuring a smooth transition and successful partnership.
  • Conduct partner engagement programs such as training, panel discussions and rewards to foster strong relationships and loyalty.
  • Develop and manage brand positioning strategies to enhance the company image and reputation.
  • Ensure timely communication with customers, partners and stakeholders, maintaining transparency and trust.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

B. Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Enterprise sales or channel management experience, preferably in FX retail.
  • Strong leadership engagement capabilities, including CXO-level experience.
  • Knowledge of financial products and technology, with a focus on data-driven insights and AI capabilities.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of building strong partnerships.
  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on driving business growth and innovation.
  • Familiarity with data-oriented tools and methodologies, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proactive, self-driven and persistent individual, with a passion for achieving results.
  • Graduates with MBA or PG qualifications, preferably in business administration or a related field.
