The Logistics Operations Manager position is a key role in the company's supply chain management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute logistics plans to ensure timely deliveries, coordinating with internal teams and logistics partners as needed.
  • Plan and schedule shipments to optimize efficiency, using route optimization tools and consulting with transporters and third-party logistics providers when necessary.
  • Monitor stock levels and participate in inventory audits, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Ensure accurate documentation during goods receipt, storage, and dispatch, adhering to company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations, resolving issues promptly and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Track and analyze logistics metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.
  • Manage relationships with logistics vendors and negotiate contracts to achieve favorable terms.
  • Support the development of safety protocols and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Provide regular logistics updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, preferably with supervisory or management experience.
  • Working knowledge of logistics software (e.g., SAP, WMS) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Ability to work in office and warehouse settings, with occasional extended hours during high-volume periods.
