Job Title: Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to co-found and lead our technology vision at Sambodhi Research and Communications Pvt Ltd. This role requires a strong background in AI, cloud computing, and software architecture, as well as excellent leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the technology strategy for Nimbli, aligning with our AI-focused product roadmap and business objectives.

- Product Development: Oversee the design, development, and enhancement of cloud-based solutions, including Data Cloud, Enterprise Cloud, and Bespoke AI solutions.

- AI Integration: Drive the implementation of AI and machine learning models into Nimbli's modules, ensuring optimized solutions.

- Technical Architecture: Develop and maintain a scalable, secure, and flexible architecture that supports multiple use cases across sectors.

Client Engagement:

Represent Sambodhi's technology innovations in high-level client presentations, where you will articulate the sophisticated intersection of AI, data, and social impact.

You will be expected to present complex technical strategies with clarity and poise, illustrating how Nimbli's solutions can drive meaningful transformation for our clients.

These presentations will require you to bridge both technical depth and strategic foresight, delivering a seamless narrative that resonates with C-suite executives, government officials, and social impact leaders.

- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performance tech team, promoting a collaborative, agile development environment.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to refine features and solutions that meet client needs, with a focus on continuous innovation.

- Partnership Management: Lead engagements with potential clients and external partners.

- Compliance and Security: Ensure that the platform complies with relevant data security and privacy regulations, particularly in data-heavy environments like health and education.

Personal Competencies:

- Proven experience in a CTO or similar leadership role within SaaS or AI-driven platforms, preferably in the social impact, development, or CSR sectors.

- Strong expertise in AI/ML, data analytics, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or similar), and software architecture.

- Understanding of impact measurement frameworks, particularly those used in CSR and sustainability initiatives will be preferred.

- Excellent leadership and project management skills with experience in agile development practices.

- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and relevant regulations (in both international- GDPR, HIPAA, etc.-and national- DPDPA, ITA, Personal Data Protection Bill, etc.-contexts).

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and an innovative approach to building scalable technology solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology from a premium institute like IIT, NIT, BIT

- Experience: 12+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in senior management or technical leadership roles

- Proven track record of leading technology teams in a startup or high-growth environment.

- Strong experience in full-stack development, cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP), and DevOps.
