Business Transformation Consultant

Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in managing client assignments. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of functional and technical expertise, with the ability to forge strong connections with clients.

 

  • Establishing effective relationships with clients through meetings and discussions to gain a profound understanding of their requirements and processes.
  • Collaborating closely with client teams and stakeholders to develop comprehensive business process maps.
  • Managing client relationships, including change request management, solution planning, and testing.
  • Documenting customer business functions and processes, ensuring accurate and detailed records.
  • Developing system requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing systems, ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Leading business process reengineering and improvement projects, driving strategic growth and innovation.
  • Working with project stakeholders to validate requirements and analysis models, facilitating smooth project execution.
  • Maintaining a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement, delivering exceptional value to clients.
Required Skills & Experience:

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in domain-specific roles, preferably within maintenance or fleet management. Strong exposure to ERP applications and end-to-end maintenance processes is essential.

 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • A high degree of flexibility, with willingness to travel or relocate for short or long-term assignments.
  • Implementation experience in ERP applications is highly desirable.
