Matrixx Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned professional to develop and support Matrixx, an IN/Billing system. This role requires expertise in the field and a deep understanding of client requirements, business models, and billing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and support Matrixx with deep technical expertise.
  • Understand client needs, business models, and handle operations for billing systems.
  • Manage teams, collaborate with onshore/offshore colleagues, and bridge gaps to alert on potential risks.
  • Debug issues, identify root causes, and participate in user clarification sessions for new feature rollouts.
  • Oversee quality assurance, report, manage, and track requirements and functional changes.
  • Experience with MATRIXX OCS - Pricing configuration (new products/Bundles/offers/Balances), MATRIXX engine Task processing (API), and Events processing required.
  • Manage MATRIXX channel server, publishing server network integration architecture.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep technical expertise in Matrixx and billing systems.
  • Strong understanding of client needs and business models.
  • Excellent management and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to debug complex issues and identify root causes.
  • Experience with MATRIXX OCS and MATRIXX engine Task processing.
  • Knowledge of network integration architecture.
