Senior Billing Systems Specialist

Majesco Billing System Leads are pivotal to the success of our clients. They oversee the configuration, testing, and maintenance of Majesco Billing systems.
Key Responsibilities- Support the setup, testing, and upkeep of Majesco Billing system.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and implement billing solutions.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate fixes.
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), defect tracking, and resolution.
- Document processes, configuration changes, and provide end-user training.
- A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the Majesco Billing system.
- Familiarity with insurance billing processes (P&C or Life/Annuities/Health).
- Understanding of policy administration, claims, and integration with billing systems.
- Strong skills in SQL, data validation, and reporting.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
