Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage our IT/ITES export accounts, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with statutory regulations.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining complete bookkeeping in Zoho Books, including invoices, vendor bills, receipts, payments, expenses, JVs, and adjustments.
  • This role requires the ability to create and manage international client export invoices in Zoho Books and handle bank reconciliations.
  • Strong attention to detail is required to record and track accruals, prepaids, and adjustments for accurate reporting.
  • The ideal candidate will also manage vendor invoices, expense tracking, and payroll processing in Zoho Books or related tools.
  • A key aspect of this role is handling TDS, GST filings, and Softex documentation for IT/ITES compliance.
  • In addition, the incumbent will oversee month-end and year-end closures with audit-ready documentation.
  • Collaboration with auditors and senior accountants will be necessary to ensure statutory compliance and smooth audit processes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or commerce is essential.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT/ITES export accounting is required.
  • Mandatory expertise in Zoho Books (full-cycle bookkeeping + invoicing + reconciliation) is necessary.
  • Strong exposure to audits, vendor invoice tracking, payroll processing, and compliance is desired.
  • An independent worker with excellent reporting and documentation skills is ideal.
