  • Manage schedules effectively, prioritizing communication and calendar management.
  • Perform daily tasks with precision, ensuring seamless operations from Monday to Saturday.
  • Stay available for Slack communication between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm IST daily.
  • Establish rapport with potential clients, understanding their needs and concerns.
  • Honestly assess client suitability, upholding commitments and integrity.
  • Provide decision guidance, navigating clients towards optimal mental wellness solutions.
  • Maintain awareness of performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Accurately record interactions and activities within our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for persuasive video calls.
  • Exceptional active listening and problem-solving skills to understand client needs.
  • Able to empathize with clients and build trust.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and capable of working remotely.
  • Bachelor's degree and 1-3+ years of experience in sales preferred.
  • Experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
