Humann is a fast-growing mental health startup building India's first smart-matching therapy platform.

We are looking for a freelancer who can take full ownership of our paid campaigns and help us scale with sharp, creative, and accountable execution.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for running Meta + Google Ads for growth, brand awareness, lead gen, and conversions
  • They will also manage ad creatives and provide weekly reporting with clear KPIs (CAC, CTR, CPL, booking rate)
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience working with 0–1 stage startups
  • Prior experience in D2C / wellness / healthcare / mobile apps is highly desirable
  • A strong analytical mindset, including proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Mixpanel
  • Candidates should possess a creative sensibility, with the ability to push reel-first, human storytelling ideas
  • Reliability, responsiveness, and a strong interest in mental health or wellness are highly valued
