Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the position of Trainer and Learning Solutions Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing student interactions, providing timely and accurate feedback, maintaining a Training Needs Analysis (TNA), developing learning modules based on the TNA, working closely with supervisors to ensure training needs are met, participating in brainstorming sessions to establish key processes and structures, and aligning with the Quality and Operations Teams to identify areas of improvement and implement action plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate student interactions to provide constructive feedback that enhances their learning experience.
- Training Needs Analysis: Maintain a comprehensive Training Needs Analysis to inform learning module development.
- Learning Module Development: Create engaging learning modules that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with supervisors to ensure training needs are met and participate in brainstorming sessions to drive process improvements.
- Quality Assurance: Align with the Quality and Operations Teams to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 0-3 years' experience as a VASS assessor with a proven track record in training and monitoring customer-client interaction.
- A solid understanding of training delivery channels and methods.
- Data-driven skills to efficiently record and analyze data.
- An attention to detail with a focus on service-driven interactions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work in a dynamic, result-driven environment with a growth mindset.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
- Familiarity with EdTech and Computer Science/Coding is desirable but not mandatory.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
