Job Description

The Project Manager role is a pivotal component of our organization's success, contributing significantly to the growth and expansion of our Services practice.

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to join our team, driving project implementation using best practices and methodologies.

This position involves managing a diverse portfolio of customers and projects across various industries, sizes, complexities, and use-cases throughout their entire lifecycle.

Key objectives include:

  • Successful project delivery as per agreed scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Effective commercial management to secure committed revenue and maintain healthy margins.
  • Efficient change management to secure additional revenue for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Implementing projects using established best practices and methodologies.
  • Leading a project team comprising functional and technical consultants (internal and external).
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of FICO products to engage with clients in an informed manner.
  • Fostering trusted client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Interpreting commercial and contractual terms, ensuring project execution aligns with agreed terms and conditions.
  • Collaborating with Country Services Leaders, Practice Leads, and Sales Teams on pre-sales activities and proposals.
  • Adhering to PMO governance and project reporting using project management tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 15 years of working experience.
  • At least 8 years of effective project management experience.
  • Experience working in banks, system integrators, product companies, and software organizations.
  • Software implementation experience in project management and technical delivery management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering large/medium software projects using waterfall and agile methodology.
  • An in-depth understanding of risk, fraud, originations, customer onboarding domains.
  • Experience delivering software solutions in loan originations, fraud, decisioning, customer management.
  • Experience delivering cloud-based implementations and on-prem solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent work experience.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certifications like Scrum Master, SAFE.
  • Willingsness to travel (20-30%).
