Job Title: Incoming Quality Assurance Lead

Job Description:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Guarantee zero quality issues from final assembly testing and packaging.
  • Ensure no defects in raw materials or supplied items.
  • Monitor PCDMIS (dimensional measurement software) for accuracy.
  • Contribute to new product development.
  • Maintain quality equipment uptime.
  • Implement FACA best practices across shifts.
  • Assign resources efficiently within the production line.
  • Provide failure analysis reports as required by customers.
  • Analyze data to identify problem areas using quality tools.
  • Eliminate non-conformities during internal and external audits.
  • Develop technical documentation (SOPs, policies, work instructions).
  • Review rejected parts and decide on further action.
  • Oversee traceability of rejected parts through proper maintenance.
  • Support team members in implementing Kaizen principles.
  • Optimize cycle time using 4M techniques.
  • Train production teams on root cause analysis tools like fishbone diagrams.
  • Assist production teams in identifying causes and improving processes.
