Financial Operations Manager

This role is responsible for managing banking and finance operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-learner willing to take on any task and a good problem solver.
- Liaise with banks for banking operations.
- Assist with daily cash management across various bank accounts.
- Produce daily Management Information System (MIS) reports on liquidity.
- Obtain Form 15CA/CB.
- Prepare weekly payment summaries.
- Review employee claims.
- Manage credit cards.
- Procure licenses.
- Produce monthly payment reports for accounting.
- Assist with the execution of financing deals.
- Assist with daily portfolio transfers, investor repayments, EMI repayments.
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations for India, covering disbursements, repayments, net cash, and third-party contracts.
- Prepare and record journal entries using accounting software to support a timely month-end close.
- Assist with timely payment of all statutory dues.
- Partner with various departments on accruals, vendor management, and contract management.
- Assist the team in preparing and communicating timely and accurate monthly financial and management reports.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly cash forecasts.
- Assist with annual external audits, completing requested materials.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance or related fields.
- 1-2 years of accounting experience in a similar position.
- Experience in handling banking transactions.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Highly entrepreneurial, proactive, and willing to get hands dirty.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Good grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Driven by data and highly analytical, good understanding of Excel preferred.
