We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with proven experience in a manufacturing plant environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage plant budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to ensure smooth financial operations of the plant.
  • Cost Control: Conduct cost analysis to support pricing decisions and improve cost efficiency.
  • Daily Banking Operations: Oversee daily banking operations, payments, receipts, and transaction management.
  • Inventory Accounting: Monitor and control inventory accounting, including stock valuation and reconciliations.
  • Export Transactions: Handle export transactions, foreign remittances, and related compliance.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Statutory Audits: Support statutory audits, tax audits, and ensure adherence to accounting standards and compliance.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Budgeting & Cost Accounting: Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost accounting, and inventory management.
  • Banking Operations: Experience in banking operations and export transactions.
  • Financial Reporting: Proficiency in financial reporting, MIS preparation, and compliance.
  • Analytical & Communication Skills: Excellent command over P&L, Balance Sheet preparation, and reconciliations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • ERP/Tally/SAP & MS Excel: Proficiency in ERP/Tally/SAP and MS Excel.
