About our dream team, we are looking for an experienced finance professional to join us.

We aim to drive financial discipline, compliance, and process excellence across the organization. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and excellent communication capabilities.

The ideal candidate should possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA or MBA with 1–8 years of post-qualification experience. They should also have a strong background in controllership, accounting, compliance, and reporting.

  • Oversee accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
  • Partner with business teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Income Tax, GST, ROC, FEMA, etc.).

To be successful in this role, you should have strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities are essential. Experience in a fast-paced/startup/EdTech/e-commerce environment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Reporting:

  • Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
  • Partner with business teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with Ind-AS, IFRS, and other applicable accounting standards.

Controllership & Compliance:

  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Income Tax, GST, ROC, FEMA, etc.).
  • Coordinate with auditors (internal, statutory, and tax) for smooth audits and reviews.

Process Excellence & Governance:

  • Drive automation and digitization of financial processes to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor cash flows, working capital, and financial risk management.
  • Establish governance mechanisms for financial discipline across all business verticals.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with leadership to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders (banks, auditors, consultants, regulators).
