Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Of Finance located in Bhopal. The Head Of Finance is responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis. Day-to-day tasks include managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, developing strategies to optimize financial performance, and advising senior management on financial matters. The role also involves managing relationships with external partners such as auditors and banks.

Qualifications

  • Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills
  • Expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and compliance
  • Experience with financial regulations and risk management
  • Ability to develop and implement financial strategies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-growing company
