  • Design and lead engagements for FS clients to help them develop technology strategies, structure effective IT transformation and operating models.">
  • Manage activities and deliverables against plan, review draft output, and provide feedback/coaching to project team members.">
  • Assess and manage risks and issues, ensuring that project objectives are achieved.">

Qualifications:

">

For this role, we are looking for experienced professionals with a minimum of 11 years of experience from working within Financial Services. You should have 5 years of external consulting experience at renowned consulting firms and an excellent client network connect within the Banking community both in India and globally.

Skills:

">

Our ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of technology landscape across Banking industry - especially in areas like Retail & Commercial Banking, Payments and Treasury, Lending, Credit Cards, Wealth and Investment Management, Capital Markets. They will also have exposure to bank strategy, digital transformation and automations, journey design, value realization, consulting on infra and cloud transformations.
