Insurance Technology Specialist

About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced software developer to join our team in designing, configuring, and customizing PolicyCenter modules. The ideal candidate will have 5-11 years of overall IT experience, including 4+ years in Guidewire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and customize PolicyCenter modules
- Develop business rules, workflows, and product models
- Implement Gosu code, PCF screens, and entity enhancements
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning
- Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical configurations
Requirements:
- 5-11 years of overall IT experience
- 4+ years of experience in Guidewire
- Extensive experience working on PolicyCenter versions 10 and Cloud
- Guidewire Cloud Certified
- Strong Insurance domain knowledge (Property & Casualty background)
