Project Lead Opportunity

Our organization seeks a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the maintenance of our brand website, ensuring high-quality content, optimal performance, and exceptional user experience. The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals with a strong vision for brand success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage responsibilities and timely execution of project tasks
  • Collaborate with design and development teams for tasks and projects
  • Pitch improvements to the website proactively
  • Develop, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the client's website
  • Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues promptly
  • Identify and respond to all website security breaches efficiently
  • Ensure website protection by enabling appropriate security measures
  • Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information
  • Plan communication aligned with the brand's strategy
  • Ensure website quality and efficiency through regular test plans
  • Improve User Experience of the website regularly
  • Collaborate with teams and management to align the website with brand strategy
  • Presents strategies to grow website metrics important to the brand
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites
  • Plan, strategize, and track promotional campaigns effectively
  • Analyse, Strategise, plan and prepare monthly website performance reports and present to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain tracker of all updates on the website
  • Ensure Client satisfaction & smooth communication

Required Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Working knowledge of web technologies
  • Experience using at least 1 e-commerce platform (eg: Shopify, Magento)
  • Experience using Agile Methodology for Project Management

  • Understand and read API documentation
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software
  • Good understanding of SEO
  • Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Presentation skills
