Job Title: Ecommerce Key Account Manager (B2C)

Location: Mumbai

Department: Ecommerce

Reports to: Head of Ecommerce

Job Summary:

As an Ecommerce Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our B2C e-commerce channels. You will build strong relationships with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and profitability by leveraging your analytical skills and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  1. Manage day-to-day operations with key e-commerce platforms, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
  2. Nurture strong relationships with platform account managers to maximize growth opportunities.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

  1. Develop comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive growth across B2C platforms.
  2. Identify new opportunities for product listings and promotional activities to boost sales and brand visibility.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of sales strategies, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.

Pricing & Promotions:

  1. Create and manage product pricing, promotional campaigns, and discount strategies to optimize sales while maintaining profit margins.
  2. Work closely with the marketing team to launch platform-specific campaigns and deals.

Product Listings & Optimization:

  1. Oversee the creation and optimization of product listings to ensure accurate, high-quality content on all B2C platforms.
  2. Leverage SEO and platform algorithms to enhance product visibility and ranking.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management:

  1. Collaborate with the supply chain and operations teams to monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and ensure continuous product availability.
  2. Manage replenishment and coordinate with logistics partners to avoid stockouts or overstocking.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  1. Track and analyze performance metrics such as sales trends, customer behavior, return on investment (ROI), and platform fees.
  2. Provide regular reports to management with actionable insights on sales performance, competitor analysis, and market trends.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

  1. Stay updated with market trends and competitive strategies to ensure Wonderchef remains competitive.
  2. Conduct regular competitor benchmarking to identify potential growth opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management:

  1. Work closely with customer service teams to resolve escalated issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  2. Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews on B2C platforms to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Requirements:

Experience:

  1. 6-7 years of experience in managing B2C e-commerce accounts, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  2. Experience in consumer electronics, kitchen appliances, or FMCG sectors will be preferred.
  3. Experience in handling Seller Central.

Skills:

  1. Proven ability to manage large e-commerce accounts and achieve revenue growth.
  2. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, B2C sales, and digital marketing strategies.
  3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  5. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with e-commerce analytics tools is a plus.

Education:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Master's degree (MBA) will be considered a plus.
