Job Description:\

The Senior Platform DevOps Engineer role is pivotal in driving innovation and product development within the organization's technology hub, located in India. This position requires hands-on work on public cloud platforms, leveraging PaaS services and marketplace offerings.

Key responsibilities include configuring, implementing, monitoring, and troubleshooting platform components, such as networking, VMs, API management services, Application Gateways, Load Balancers, and Kubernetes clusters. The successful candidate will write code that bridges the gap between application and infrastructure using Terraform and test the system for effective performance.

\

Responsibilities also include utilizing software to manage and monitor networks, systems, and applications, building and integrating software to automate and secure public cloud environments, developing solutions for large capacity and scale, providing hands-on development and support, collaborating with Information Security teams, and maintaining knowledge of Public and Private Cloud topics.

\Required Skills & Qualifications:\
  • 6+ years minimum experience in Enterprise IT Environments
  • Strong Kubernetes knowledge and hands-on working experience
  • Strong IAC Code Experience (Terraform or Pulumi)
  • Strong Experience in Python or Golang
  • Hands-on experience with implementing Cloud marketplace services and technologies
  • Knowledge of networking and internet protocols
  • Technical Expertise with Microsoft Azure
  • Deployment and administration of Cloud monitoring services and tools
  • Broad experience in developing cloud migration and automation solutions
  • Experience working with GITLAB or similar tools
  • Knowledge and familiarity with adjacent technology areas
\Required Education:\
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related technical field
  • Certification - Kubernetes (Preferred)
  • Certification - Azure Associate Administrator (Preferred)
  • Certification - MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure (Preferred - Not required)
