Role Overview

Operations Associate

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the conversion of inbound leads into confirmed bookings while providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on housing options.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Conversion:
  • Proactively engage with inbound leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Customer Interaction:
  • Understand students' unique requirements and provide personalized recommendations.
Market Expertise:
  • Build knowledge of housing options pricing and locations to offer expert advice.
Follow-Up:
  • Maintain relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-ups.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with teams to optimize the booking process.
Data Management:
  • Record and manage customer interactions in the CRM system.
Target Achievement:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in objection handling negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or similar software.
  • Prior experience in telesales or a related field is beneficial.
  • Industry experience in real estate hospitality business development or customer service is preferred.
