Warehouse Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and performance of our warehouse management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive testing of warehouse management system functionalities, focusing on inbound and outbound processes.
  • Develop and maintain detailed test cases, test scripts, and test plans based on functional requirements and business processes.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing across warehouse modules.
  • Identify and document defects and inconsistencies using appropriate tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Validate system configurations and enhancements against business requirements.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for system improvements and optimizations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience testing Infios WMS (or its previous iterations) is required.
  • A strong understanding of warehouse operations and workflows, especially inbound and outbound processes.
  • Proficiency in creating test cases and documentation from scratch.
  • Familiarity with test management tools.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
