Strategic Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Business Development Executive to join our team.
Job Summary
- To identify and develop new business opportunities for Construction & In-service Verification Business Lines – (Products – EIA, Geotech, Design Review, QA/QC, NDT-RR. HSE Audits & Training)
- To establish relationships with prospective clients in the Centre West region (Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh) and create a database of potential customers
- To proactively identify major projects, opportunities, and tenders in the region and follow up accordingly
- To prepare and submit pre-qualification, expression of interest, offers, and tenders as required
- To present BV services to prospective clients and identify client needs as opportunities for BV, following up on actions and keeping division heads informed
- To utilize marketing tools such as presentation materials, company profiles, service sheets, reference lists, completion/appreciation letters, etc. efficiently
- To maintain connections with various publicity activities in the region, including exhibitions, seminars, conferences, and explore possibilities for showcasing the organization and services
- To collaborate with Product Managers & BD managers from other regions for mutual exchange of expertise, work, common clients, and references
Qualifications and Experience
- BE/B.Tech – Civil or Post Graduation in Marketing (Preferred)
- Candidate must have over 12 years of experience in sales & marketing from civil engineering services & infrastructure companies (PMC, EPC, TIC)
