Key Responsibilities:">
  • Manage a team to achieve fortnightly, monthly client retention targets in assigned clients.

  • Develop and implement training plans for team members to enhance their skills and performance, ensuring they are equipped to meet client expectations.
  • Address client complaints promptly and efficiently, providing effective solutions to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with the field sales team to achieve revenue and client retention targets through systematic follow-ups and timely closures.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients via phone or video calls, fostering open dialogue and trust.
