Highly Skilled Middleware Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Middleware Administrator to join our organization.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Patching, hot fixes, software deployment, SSL administration, log file rotation and other related tasks.
- Restarting applications as required to ensure smooth operation.
- Purging unnecessary log files to maintain system performance.
- Collaborating with OEM teams to resolve issues and implement new features.
- Monitoring application performance using various tools and technologies.
- Identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities in middleware applications based on SOPs provided by the SOC team.
Main Tasks:
- Middleware Application Security/Bug Patching: Implementing security patches and fixing bugs in middleware applications.
- Resource Monitoring (Infra): Monitoring resource utilization and performing optimization tasks as needed.
- DR Activity: Ensuring disaster recovery procedures are in place and functioning correctly.
- Application management on DR: Managing application deployments on disaster recovery environments.
- Middleware Security Patches: Applying security patches to middleware applications.
- Middleware Release updates: Deploying new versions of middleware software.
- Middleware upgrades: Upgrading middleware software to ensure compatibility and performance.
- Installation and Configuration of Middleware products: Installing and configuring middleware products according to vendor instructions.
- Deployments of Middleware and Application Management: Deploying and managing middleware and application components.
- Management of application downtimes: Identifying and resolving issues causing application downtime.
- Performance and health check of Middleware services: Regularly monitoring middleware service performance and health.
- Backups of middleware and application components: Ensuring regular backups of middleware and application components.
- Server certificate management: Managing server certificates to ensure secure communication.
- Non-Prod refreshes: Refreshing non-production environments regularly to ensure accurate testing.
