Middleware Administrator

This role involves overseeing and maintaining middleware applications, including WebLogic, Apache, Tomcat. A key aspect of the job is leveraging AWS Cloud services and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Middleware Management: Install, configure, and manage WebLogic, Apache, and Tomcat servers.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to middleware applications.
  3. Monitor the performance of middleware platforms.
  4. Perform upgrades, patches, and migrations as necessary.
Cloud Services:
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, etc.
DevOps Practices:
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for middleware applications.
  • Working knowledge of docker and Terraform scripting.
Scripting Expertise:
  • Good knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python).
  • Automation experience.
Database Knowledge:
  • DBA knowledge.
