Role Overview
The Global Head of Portfolio Solutions Operations will lead teams across multiple locations to drive business growth and success.
This role is crucial in supporting the Portfolio Solutions business, including Sales Trading, Partnered Trading, and Transition Management.

We are seeking a seasoned industry leader with hands-on experience in Operational and Regional Management in a Markets business. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of how a banking operations team is run, with knowledge of all allied functions, both upstream and downstream.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Supporting the Portfolio Solutions business across Sales Trading, Partnered Trading, and Transition Management businesses
  • Leading product expansion initiatives and establishing Operating models to support the Business
  • Managing regulatory, reputational, and operational risk events
  • Overseeing circa 30 FTEs across 6 locations
