Business Analyst Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and technology, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements
* Conduct research and analysis to develop a deep understanding of the business and industry trends
* Document business requirements, user stories, use cases, and process flows
* Develop and maintain functional specifications, requirements traceability matrices, and other project documentation
* Work with product managers and development teams to define and prioritize product backlogs
* Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
* 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services or FinTech
* Strong understanding of retail banking and customer payments processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
* Deep understanding of Credit Card, Wallet, Payments business processes and technology
* Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira and Confluence
* Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and develop insights
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Certification in Business Analysis, such as CBAP, is a plus
