Academic Leader Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned academic leader to oversee the development and implementation of our academic programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement academic structures and progression aligned with competitive exams, school boards or international standards.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality learning materials including video lectures, assessments, animations, study material and question banks.
  • Evaluate and ensure conceptual clarity, accuracy and pedagogical coherence across all content.
  • Recruit, train and lead a team of subject matter experts, content developers, and educators. Conduct regular reviews and ensure team alignment with academic goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution in a relevant field.
  • 7+ years of teaching or academic leadership experience.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role within an ed-tech or test prep organization.
  • Relevant experience in cbse 10th board curriculum.
  • Deep subject expertise and academic rigor.
  • Candidates with an English-medium background at Class X, Class XII, Degree levels will be preferred.
  • Strong instructional design and content review skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with ed-tech platforms, digital tools and Learning Management Systems is a plus.
