Examination Management Leader

Job Title: Examination Management Leader

Location: IILM University, Gurugram

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to lead the Examination Department as the Examination Management Leader. The role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient conduct of examinations, assessments, and related academic processes in alignment with university regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and conduct of all university examinations (semester, end-term, supplementary, etc.).
  • Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and fairness in the examination and evaluation process.
  • Supervise result processing, grading, and timely declaration of results.
  • Develop and update examination policies, guidelines, and administrative procedures.
  • Coordinate with academic departments, faculty, and administrative teams for seamless examination management.
  • Implement digital tools and technologies to modernize the examination system.
  • Ensure compliance with UGC and regulatory norms regarding examinations and assessments.
  • Address student grievances related to exams and results in a transparent and time-bound manner.
  • Lead and mentor the examination team for operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master's degree with strong academic credentials.
  • Minimum 10 years of administrative experience in examination management, preferably in higher education institutions/universities.
  • In-depth knowledge of examination systems, evaluation methods, and academic regulations.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in ERP/systems for examination management.
