Strategic Trader Position

We are seeking skilled traders who can develop, implement and manage quantitative trading strategies across equities and derivatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Trading Algorithm Development:
  • Create and optimize systematic trading algorithms and strategies
  • Conduct rigorous back testing and statistical analysis of trading models
  • Monitor real-time trading performance and risk metrics
  • Implement risk management protocols and position sizing methodologies
  • Collaborate with the technology team to enhance trading infrastructure
  • Maintain detailed documentation of trading strategies and performance
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in systematic/algorithmic trading with verifiable results
  • Deep understanding of quantitative finance, statistical modeling and risk management
  • Experience with market microstructure, execution algorithms and latency optimization
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
  • Professional experience at hedge funds, prop trading firms or investment banks preferred
