Seeking a seasoned data architect to design and implement scalable data solutions. As a senior data engineer, you will be responsible for developing dimensional and fact tables, identifying data transformation requirements, and creating high-performance data processing pipelines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop Dimensional and Fact tables using best practices in data warehousing.
  • Identify and implement data cleansing requirements to ensure data quality.
  • Develop highly scalable and reliable data processing pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and create conceptual, logical, and physical data models.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required for this role, along with excellent communication and organizational abilities. A good understanding of software development life cycle, Agile, and Scrum methodologies is also necessary.

A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is essential, along with strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.

Experience with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Composer (Airflow), Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Function, and GCS is highly desirable. Knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms is also a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field
  • 3-6 years of experience in data warehousing, data engineering, or data integration projects
  • Strong SQL background and knowledge of relational databases
  • Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, BigQuery, etc.)
