About the Role

Bharti AXA Life Insurance is seeking a skilled professional to manage all projects related to CRM and Complaint systems. This role involves being the primary point of contact for stakeholders and developers from vendor companies.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of life insurance business processes and policy lifecycle, as well as experience with VB.NET and SQL. They should also be familiar with Scrum methodologies and have basic project management skills.

A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to think out of the box, and be willing to take initiative. They should also be able to handle pressure and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and manage all projects related to CRM and Complaint systems.
  • Identify risks and prepare risk mitigation strategies.
  • Manage all resources efficiently and prioritize tasks correctly.
  • Strengthen product support and ensure that correct prioritization is done for tickets.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates.

Requirements:

  • 5-9 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent production support skills, including resource and time management ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Life Insurance Business processes and policy lifecycle.
  • Experience with VB.NET and SQL.
  • Familiarity with Scrum methodologies.
  • Basic project management skills.
