Job Overview: The objective of this role is to analyze and manage all projects of CRM and Complaint system, should be the first point of contact for the stakeholders and the developers form the vendor end. identify all risk and prepare risk mitigation strategies and manage all resources efficiently. Strengthen the product support and ensure that correct prioritization is done for the tickets as well as manage the stakeholder's expectations. Should have E2E track of the production, UAT issues, imbibe and implement Scrum avenues for governance and control. Ensure that no issues and CRs are unattended and regular update is provided to stakeholders. Job Description: Hands on knowledge on Life Insurance Business processes and policy life cycle. Should be a part of IT team or POC of the functional department who liaise with IT team for any system requirement or Change Request. Should have knowledge of VB.NET. Should have knowledge of Product Support. Overall knowledge of Life Insurance domain with depth knowledge of Post Issuance journeys and process. Someone involved in production support would be given preference. Should have knowledge of JIRA or other ticketing and project management tools Interpersonal Skills. Good communication skills. Should be a go-getter. Should be willing to take initiative and think out of the box. Keen to learn and contribute. Should be able to handle queries and route it correctly at L1 level. Should be able to handle pressure and very demanding stakeholders. Technical Skills SQL queries VB.NET Qualifications Manager : 5-7 years post Qualification. Should have an excellent production support skill, which should include resource and time management ability. Should have the ability to work under pressure and manage stakeholders expectations. University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
