System Architecture and Technical Vision

  • Define the technical roadmap for scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Oversee system architecture for seamless integration, interoperability, and adaptability.
  • Make informed decisions on technology stacks, frameworks, and development approaches.

Collaboration and Partnership

  • Partner with product teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Translate product requirements into clear engineering deliverables and timelines.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between product and engineering workflows.

Execution and Innovation

  • Drive end-to-end development of core platform features and improvements.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adopt emerging technologies when appropriate.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 8-10 years of software development experience in PHP, Go, or Java.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks is beneficial.
  • Minimum 4 years leading teams and contributing as an individual.
  • Strong knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web and backend services.
  • Ability to design and develop reusable components and services.
