Product Quality Manager

Job Overview
The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for overseeing the Quality Department and guiding a team of professionals. Key responsibilities include minimizing waste, enhancing product quality, and conducting root cause analysis to reduce defects.
Additionally, the Quality Assurance Specialist handles customer complaints, promotes shop-floor discipline, and prepares and submits documentation for new products. They also provide technical guidance to field staff and employees, conduct laboratory testing with external partners, and attend customer visits and audits.
The Quality Assurance Specialist works closely with the product development team to ensure effective product development and meets customer expectations. This role requires strong research skills, proposal development, and supervision of design processes.
