To support our ambitious growth trajectory, we are looking for a driven and experienced Product Manager to lead product strategy and innovation.

Role Overview:

- As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and working cross-functionally to drive market success.

- You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our premium pre-laminated panel portfolio by aligning customer needs with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define product vision, roadmap, and growth strategy aligned with company objectives.

- Identify customer needs and convert them into clear product requirements.

- Collaborate with design, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to develop and launch products.

- Coordinate end-to-end product lifecycle management - from concept through launch and beyond.

- Engage with customers and key stakeholders to gather insights and validate product-market fit.

- Track product performance using KPIs, market data, and feedback for continuous improvement.

- Ensure products meet compliance, industry standards, and quality benchmarks.

- Support pricing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market planning.

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 3-4 years of relevant experience in sales or product management within the pre-laminated panel, laminate, or wood panel industry.

- MBA is a plus

- Strong understanding of the premium wood panel market and customer segments.

- Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and deliver results.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

- Passion for product innovation and market development.
