Job Description:

Lead Product Development from Concept to Launch
  • Craft a Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with product leadership to establish a clear strategy and roadmap for impactful, data-driven features.
  • Drive Full Product Lifecycle: Oversee the entire product development process, ensuring each release meets performance, quality, and timeline goals.
  • Inform Decision-Making with Data: Utilize metrics, analytics, and market research to shape your backlog, make informed decisions, and balance feature trade-offs.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with design, QA, marketing, and operations teams to synchronize releases and deliver solutions that resonate with users.
  • Steer Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies, align stakeholders, and ensure successful adoption of new features and enhancements.
  • Embody an Ownership Mindset: Make data-driven decisions based on rigorous logic, thorough analysis, and a commitment to delivering customer value.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Key Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with a software development background (platform or data platforms experience is a plus).
  • Proficient in Agile and SDLC methodologies; familiarity with tools like JIRA is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical mindset – you base decisions on data and market evidence.
  • SaaS/PaaS background strongly preferred; healthcare/Health IT knowledge is highly valued.
  • Skilled at working across global teams and time zones.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
