We are seeking a seasoned Sales Engineer/Manager to join our sales team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HVAC sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and requirements
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients, highlighting the key benefits and features of our HVAC products and services
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in HVAC sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
