Job Title: SAP Datasphere Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Datasphere Lead / Solution Architect to drive enterprise data strategy, architecture, and implementation on SAP Datasphere formerly SAP Data Warehouse Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP BW/4HANA, HANA modeling, and cloud data warehousing with proven experience in leading migration and transformation programs.

  • Drive enterprise data strategy, architecture, and implementation on SAP Datasphere.
  • Own the end-to-end solution architecture for SAP Datasphere implementation and integration with enterprise systems.
  • Lead migration strategy from SAP BW/4HANA and legacy warehouses to Datasphere.
  • Design and implement enterprise data models, semantic layers, and harmonized data views.
  • Define and enforce data governance, security, and compliance within Datasphere.
  • Collaborate with CXOs, business stakeholders, and IT teams to define a scalable data roadmap.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
  • Integrate Datasphere with SAP Analytics Cloud SAC, SAP S/4HANA, and 3rd party sources Snowflake, Databricks, etc.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP BW/4HANA, HANA modeling, and cloud data warehousing with at least 8+ years hands-on experience in SAP Datasphere or early adopters with strong BW/4HANA to Datasphere migration experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years in data warehousing, data integration, and analytics.
  • Minimum 8+ years hands-on experience in SAP Datasphere or early adopters with strong BW/4HANA to Datasphere migration experience.
  • Strong expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, HANA modeling, SQL, and data architecture.
  • Proven experience in enterprise-scale data strategy and transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with SAP BTP services, APIs, and cloud integration.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud SAC and BI reporting tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
