ERP Analyst

We are seeking a skilled ERP Analyst to join our team. As an ERP Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our Enterprise ERP System.

Your responsibilities will include building and deploying new modules/projects/enhancements, as well as change control process of requests through migration to Production tenants.

You will also support any application upgrades, maintenance, security, access, and monitor ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and ticket assignments.

Additionally, you will work directly with Client & Change Management to document business requirements and participate in Oncall rotation with team members for critical off hours issues.

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • 2+ years experience in creation/modification of matrix, composite and advanced reports and dashboards across functional areas.
  • Demonstrate ability and experience in translating functional specifications into technical deliverables.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Report build experience.
