We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Systems Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to users across various departments, ensuring seamless operation of the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Support & Maintenance: Collaborate with business associates and vendors to maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot the ERP application.
  • Business User Support: Provide expert assistance to users, resolving issues and offering remote support as needed.
  • Business Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements to identify areas for improvement within the ERP system.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports based on data analysis and prepare customized reports for management.
  • Team Management & Supervision: Lead and mentor a team, coordinating with multiple OEMs/Vendors to resolve application issues.
  • Client Onboarding: Register new clients under the ERP system, configuring and migrating client data as required.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in real estate ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of ERP applications and their integration with various modules.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
